At Navis Beauty Salon, we don’t just want you to like our services, we want you to be completely happy and satisfied!
Please let us know via Whatsapp (+65 9452 4275) within 2 hours of the purchase for us to consider. Depending on the claim, we may require evidence of the defect.
Our customer services team will review your request and get back to you within 24hrs. Items will either be replaced with the same treatment or product originally purchased or you can opt to receive a full refund.
There may be some exceptions to these rights such as for those products and services listed below where, for reasons of hygiene, safety or under law we are not able to refund or exchange items unless faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality.
